Primary Care
We offer adult routine medical exams, physicals, vaccinations, prescriptions, reproductive health visits (including gynecology exams and Pap smears), social services and counseling by appointment.
-
Referrals
Healthcare that cannot be provided by the clinic is provided mainly by referral to a nearby hospital. We refer patients to many specialties, including dental, nutrition, and mental health services.

Our staff can also help you apply for Medicaid and other insurance programs. Staff can also help with food services, domestic violence screening and counseling, transportation, and medications, equipment ordering, and more.

Nutrition
Our partnership with the Mott Haven Community Fridge offers free produce to-go on Saturdays during clinic. We can also connect you with the New York Common Pantry for assistance with food insecurity.

Spanish Speaking Services
Each week we have Spanish-speaking interpreters at the clinic. Many of our students and clinicians are also Spanish-speaking.
